This RFI contains a description of the requirement is provided below. 2. If after reading the description of the requirement below, you desire to participate in the market research, you should provide documentation that supports your company’s capability in meeting these requirements. If you lack sufficient experience in a particular area, please provide details explaining how you would overcome the lack of experience/capabilities in order to perform that portion of the requirement (i.e., teaming, subcontracting, etc.) a. Both large and small businesses are encouraged to participate in this Market Research. Joint ventures or teaming arrangements are encouraged. REQUIREMENT: The government has a requirement to Rpr/Rpl Cooling Tower #7 at Bldg 177 at Robins AFB GA. This project will include design and perform replacement of existing 3,000-ton Cooling Tower #7 with a new right-sized cooling tower. The project will also consist of the replacement of the existing electrical/mechanical equipment and utilities serving the cooling tower.
