The 78th Security Forces Squadron is looking to install a stand-alone network video surveillance solution capable of providing multiple connections at each Entry Control Facility (ECF)/Access Control Point (ACP), security administration, monitoring and dispatch facilities. The video surveillance software must be capable of reading license plates, vehicle recognition, personnel recognition, detection of wrong way driving. The cameras must provide a perspective of all ECF/ACP operations to include: ID check area, inspection area, visitor center, vehicles approaching the installation, passing through the guard house area, and response zone after leaving the guard house. This acquisition is being solicited sole source to a small business.
