Change the Quantity for CLIN 5001-5002AB from 12 Months to 6 Months on pages 8, 9, 31, and 32 of Attachment Solicitation FA850124Q0002 Rev 1 to be consistent with the 6 Month Extension listed in the CLIN description and the Delivery Period Dates on pages 31 and 32. 2. Extend the solictation quote due date from 1/05/2023 at 12PM EST to 01/05/2024 at 1PM EST. 3. This amendment applies to all attachments to include SF 1449. 4. All other terms and conditions of solicitation remain unchanged. AMENDMENT 2 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Revise this RFQ from 100% Small Business Set-Aside to Full and Open Competition. 2. Incorporate Attachment Solicitation - FA850124Q0002 Rev1. a. Submit completed and signed attachment Solicitation - FA850124Q0002 Rev1. 3. Remove FAR 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside and FAR 52.219-33, Nonmanufacturer Rule. 4. Incorporate Attachment 9- Question-and-Answer. 5. Extend the solicitation quote due date from 12/29/2023 at 2PM EST to 01/05/2024 at 12PM EST. 6. This amendment applies to all attachments to include SF 1449. 7. All other terms and conditions of solicitation remain unchanged. AMENDMENT 1 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Extend the solictation quote due date from 12/20/2023 at 2PM EST to 12/29/2023 at 2PM EST. This extension applies to all attachments to include SF 1449. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotations (RFQ) and incorportated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-01, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change 11/14/2023, and Department of the Air Force Regulation Supplement Change 7/7/2023. This RFQ FA8501-24-Q-0002 is for Motorola technicians to provide all equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform preventative maintenance instructions, troubleshooting, repair, installation, programming, demilitarization, and removal of commercial-made, government-owned twoway land mobile radio communications equipment, as well as ancillary equipment at Robins AFB, GA. All work is to be completed by technicians that are Motorola certified with current certifications and the prime contractor must be able to perform 51% of the work. Period of Performance is Base Year with four (1) one-year options including 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services for six (6) months. Period of Peformance: 2/1/2024 - 1/31/2029 This acquisition utilizes Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, as supplemented. This procurement will be conducted as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Adequate Price Competition is expected. Please identify your business size in your response. Award will be made to the responsible offeror that represents the best value considering price, technical acceptability, and past performance, whose offer conforms to all solicitation requirements, such as terms and conditions, representations and certifications, and technical requirements. Offeror must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Products and Commercial Services. FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding which, if any, of the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition. This is a Total Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 811210 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, size standard $34.0M. A firm fixed price (FFP) contract will be awarded. There will be no advance payments. The Offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers.
