AMENDMENT 3 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Incorporate a deadline for questions and answers. All solicitation questions must be submitted no later than 22 September 2023 by 8:00 AM EDT. The Government is under no obligation to respond to questions received after 8:00 AM EDT 22 September 2023, but may provide a response if time permits and question is properly vet. 2. All other terms and conditions of solicitation remain unchanged. AMENDMENT 2 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Incorporate Attachment 2- ATAK Training and Mobile Devices Questions and Answers. AMENDMENT 1 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Incorporate REV A Attachment 1 - Statement of Work (Changes in red). REV A supersedes previous SOW. 2. All other terms and conditions of solictation remain unchanged.
