This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to make a brand name award for the items and associated part numbers listed in this solicitation. A brand name justification by the Government has been completed and is attached to this posting. Alternatives to the brand name items listed in this solicitation will not be considered for award. This Request for Quotations (RFQ) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change 7/20/2023, and Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change 7/7/2023. This RFQ FA8501-23-Q-0043 is for goTenna Pro Deployment Kit 2 with 20 UHF Radios, Product number 900-00212-T20 (Quantity - 1 Kit) Bunker Cable Locking Micro USB C (Quantity 20) Bunker goTenna Portable Range Extender Kit (Quantity 20) Radial Spline Adapter MOLLE (Quantity 20) The devices must establish a mesh network and work without cell service, Wi-Fi, or satellite connectivity. The mesh network must allow the passing of frequency sets, mission plans, and maps between members. Additionally, the entire kit must be small enough to be taken onto a commercial airline as carry on and must be under 35 pounds. The devices must interface with ATAK. Delivery is 90 calendar days from Date of Award Receipt. FOB Destination. This is Total Small Business set-aside.
