The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the objectives below as defined in the Performance Work Statement. Contractor shall provide: General Cloud-based project management system with the efficiency and accountability required to enhance the current administrative process in the construction flight. Manage documents to include but not limited to: submittals, RFIs, progress reports, payrolls, daily reports, inspection reports, meeting minutes, and drawings. Pricing based on up to $50M in contracts and 11 Option CLINS at $50M for each option.
