Exterior Construction Contract Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all necessary components to accomplish Exterior Construction Contract (ECC) projects at Robins AFB, GA. This will be a firm-fixed price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for ECC Projects and will consist of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials for site preparation, demolition, repair, replacement, and minor construction necessary to provide adequacy to the exteriors of facilities, warehouses, hangars, etc. at Robins Air Force Base. In accordance with FAR 16.504(a)(4)(v) only orders from AFSC/PZIOC will be issued This contract consists of one basic year and four (4) one-year options.
