This will be a competitive acquisition set aside for Small Business contractors only. The Government has a requirement for Basewide Flooring Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery Contract to supply flooring materials and accessories for various facilities located on Robins AFB, GA. The Period of Performance will not exceed five years (one base and four annual option periods). The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, transportation and materials to install carpet and resilient floor covering, base molding and related accessories. Work includes removal of existing flooring including base molding and surface clean and preparation prior to installation of new floor covering. The maximum value of the contract will be $4,000,000.
