This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is subject to availability of funds IAW FAR 52.232-18: Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. 1. Your attention is directed to the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated February 2020. This project is NOT funded at this time. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. . The Government requests a Firm Fixed Price proposal for servicing and replacement of fire doors. The contract shall be for basic year with 4 annual options. 3. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal meets the terms and conditions of this request determined to be Technically Acceptable and offers the lowest, reasonable Total Evaluated Price (TEP). The TEP will be the Sum of all CLINs on the attached Bid Schedule (0001 thru 4001). Proposal shall be made on attached Bid Schedule and include Narrative Work Plan. 4. Your proposal is requested no later than 10:00 am EST on Monday 18 May 2020. All proposals and pricing contained therein shall be valid for 90 days after proposal due date.
