The purpose of this contract will be to maintain the Direct Digital Control (DDC) system that controls the operation of the chilled water plant on Robins Air Force Base. This contract would provide services and materials necessary to perform all routine, emergency, semi-annual, and annual maintenance of the existing Central Chilled Water Plant Controls including the Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and all control sensors in the plant Chilled water plant at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. It will also provide for calibration, tuning, and testing of control devices as required maintaining proper operating parameters and include the repair or replacement of failed or defective control sensors and outdated hardware and software. The contract shall be for one year with four optional years.
