This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is subject to availability of funds IAW FAR 52.232-18: Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Your attention is directed to the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 9 September 2019. This project is NOT funded at this time. The Government requests a Firm Fixed Price proposal for Maintenance of Grease Traps at Robins AFB. The contract shall be for basic year with 4 annual options. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal meets the terms and conditions of this request determined to be Technically Acceptable and offers the lowest, reasonable Total Evaluated Price (TEP). The TEP will be the Sum of all CLINs on the attached Bid Schedule (0001 thru 4001). Proposal shall be made on attached Bid Schedule and include Narrative Work Plan. Your proposal is requested no later than 1:00 pm EST on Wednesday 22 January 2020. All proposals and pricing contained therein shall be valid for 90 days after proposal due date.
