This project includes, but not limited to provide all labor, material, plant, equipment, supplies, transportation and coordination required for the completion of IDIQ contracts for multi-discipline construction projects. This project will be an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) at Robins AFB for one year basic contract and four one-year ordering periods. Individual task orders will be written in support of real property maintenance, repair, alteration and/or new construction at Robins AFB, GA, where typical projects include office renovations, bathroom upgrades, and facility repairs. A significant amount of workload comes from tenant or special-purpose funds which necessitate quick execution. Scope of projects range from $2,000 to $1.0M, though the vast majority cost between $15K and $250K. Contemplation of 5 contract awardees, along with 3 reserve, determined under FAR 14 IFB procedures. IFB PIID will be FA8501-20-B-0003. Due to COVID-19 the IFB has been delayed. Site visit information is being finalized and will be available once the IFB is released. The IFB is being released in early May.
