Call to Industry Agency Information: Platform One Agency Office Symbol: AFLCMC/HNCX General P1 Solutions Marketplace Information: support@p1-marketplace.com Contracting POC Information: Maj Jamail Walker, jamail.walker.1@us.af.mil Technical POC Information: Maj Matthew "Shifty" Jordan, matthew.jordan.24@us.af.mil Description of Effort Strategic Objective Platform One is seeking to identify potential vendors, technologies, and system integrators capable of providing innovative, dual-use commercial products and/or services enabling the scalable centralized management of cloud and DevSecOps infrastructure. Technical Information If selected, comprehensive technical requirements will be detailed in a follow-on SOO, SOW, PWS or other requirement documentation. The following technical requirements are informational only and subject to change. Prospective vendors who intend to submit a video submission are advised to adhere to the evaluation criteria laid out in the P1SM solicitation and to select Strategic Focus Area(s) that best fit your submission. Ideal solutions should be effective for workloads operating across multiple AWS GovCloud accounts; however, preference will be given to solutions which are agnostic of cloud service providers. Solutions should, at minimum, effectively manage the repeatable, auditable, and automated configuration, deployment, and sustainment of Kubernetes distributions, Platform One’s Big Bang, and additional mission-specific containerized applications. Product vendors should anticipate the need to include integration services within this effort either internally or in partnership with a systems integrator. System integrators without a vendor partnership will be considered if leveraging commercial and/or open-source tools in accordance with all applicable licenses. Platform One Solutions Marketplace (P1SM) Information Current P1SM Vendors with Awardable Solution(s) Current P1SM Vendors with active awardable solution(s) that are or potentially could be within scope of this effort are advised to identify the active awardable solution(s) and send the submission title and/or P1SM URL link to their awardable solution to both the Contracting and Technical POC's listed above via email. Prospective P1SM Vendors Interested vendors that do not have an active awardable solution(s) on the P1SM within scope of this effort are advised to provide a video submission to the P1SM via the P1SM Industry Portal located at https://www.p1-marketplace.com. Please reference the P1SM solicitation posted to SAM.gov: https://sam.gov/opp/a0616420e81f432aaaa4abb7a05ea537/view. P1 is requesting submissions prior to 31 March 2025 so interested vendors will be included in the April evaluation schedule. Platform One plans to leverage the P1SM for related sequential award(s) and/or agreement(s), potentially including a Prototype Other Transaction (OT) with options for a follow-on Production OT. Regardless of selection by Platform One for this effort, awardable P1SM submissions are post-competition, decentralized and may be leveraged by other Federal organizations for future awards and/or agreements. Responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the government to form a binding contract. Participation in this RFI is voluntary, and no compensation will be provided for responses.
