The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center intends to award a sole-source bridge contract under RFO Part 12 for Platform One support, including technical troubleshooting, identity and access management, GPO administration, user onboarding/offboarding, license management, support documentation, maintenance, and defect backlog escalation. The bridge is intended to avoid unacceptable operational, schedule, and transition risk while the Cerberus Value Stream capabilities transition to a fully competitive follow-on contract.
