The justification for Party Bus Operations Bridge 1 will be made publicly available within 30 days after contract award and remain available for 30 days after award. The action uses unusual and compelling urgency under FAR 6.301 and RFO 6.103-2. Contractor support covers platform operations and sustainment, technical and customer support, incident response, cybersecurity support, vulnerability remediation, configuration management, integration support, customer onboarding, and related operational functions needed to maintain platform availability and security. Party Bus supports multiple DoW mission partners whose operations depend on continued access to the platform and associated services.
