Request for Proposal (RFP)/Solicitation. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic & Cyber Systems Division, Air & Ground Contracting Branch, Lackland AFB, TX intends to award a non- personal, Firm-Fixed Price contract for Communication Security Managerial Support services, in support of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense pursuant to the Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA, Case NW-D-OAA), between the United States Department of Defense and the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541513 - Computer Facilities Management Services and the small business size standard is $32.5M. This requirement will be awarded using competitive procedures using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation criteria and will be procured as a 100% service disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The period of performance will be a one (1) year base period. All elements of the RFP shall be submitted by the offeror with a proposal no later than the date/time shown in block 9 of the RFP.
