The proposal due date remains unchanged (Wednesday, April 10th; no later than 10am local San Antonio, TX time). ************************************************************************************************************************************************ This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for supplies/commodities issued in accordance Simplified Acquisition Procedures with the policies and procedures prescribed in FAR part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested at this time and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03 dated 02/24/2024 and DFARS Change Number dated 02/15/2024. The RFQ number associated with this requirement is FA830724QB059. This RFQ is being solicited as a 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code associated for this requirement is 332919; and the size standard is 750 employees. The associated PSC code is 4020. The NAICS Code, Description, and PSC are not in the Non-Manufacturer Waiver (NMR) List; however, the non-manufacturer rule is not applicable since this acquisition is under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. This RFQ is for the manufacture of 1,300 Sphere Valve Locking Handle Wheels (Part #20114651) and 1,875 Sphere Valve Alignment Dials (Part #20114652) in accordance with the SOO and Drawings associated. Valves (Part # SVHN4-4-56). The valves requested in this acquisition will need to be delivered to the location noted in the solicitation no later than 12 Weeks (84 days) from the award date. Quotes are being requested by Wednesday 10 April 2024 no later than 10:00 a.m. local San Antonio, TX time; unless the due date is later amended. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation at any moment if necessary; Offerors will not be reimbursed for any quote preparation costs even in the even the solicitation is cancelled.
