This is NOT a solicitation. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/HNCK) Joint Base San Antonio Lackland AFB intends to award a sole source modification to the Incumbent Accenture Federal Services, LLC. The Incumbents contract will be extended for 12 months, which includes design, provision and manage the software development CI/CD platform. Support accreditation activities for the development and production environments for all JCC2 applications. Develop training content, including manuals, CBT and other content development and delivery/integration with PCTE. Support Help Desk and IT Service Management integration. The Government intends to make an award by February 2024, in accordance with 6.302-1 – 10 USC 3204(a)(1), Only One Responsible Source - No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This NOPCA/Sources Sought is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this notice no later than five (5) calendar days from the posting date of this notice to SAM.gov.
