Original Post Below: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quote (RFQ) and all applicable documents for the Software DevSecOps Services Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) have been posted/uploaded to the beta.SAM.gov website. Please note the following dates: Questions Due Date: 12:00 PM CDT 22 August 2022 Quote Due Date: 12:00 PM CDT on 7 September 2022 DESCRIPTION OF WORK PROPOSED: AFLCMC/Platform One at JBSA-Lackland, TX, has been tasked to acquire Software DevSecOps Services. The Contractor shall perform all activities required to meet the requirements identified in the Statement of Objectives. The period of performance will consist of an ordering period from date of BOA issuance to 14 January 2025. The performance period for all orders placed against this BOA shall not exceed five (5) years from the completion of the ordering period. REQUEST FOR QUOTE: The Government anticipates issuing an estimated 10 BOAs to a mix of large and small businesses to On-Ramp to the existing Software DevSecOps Services BOA. The Government will make the determination on the numbers of On-Ramped contractors once proposals are evaluated and may or may not award to the estimated 10 contractors. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 541511 (size standard $30M). Quotes shall be submitted in accordance with the RFQ requirements and submitted by the date indicated in this announcement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Copies of this solicitation are available by INTERNET ACCESS ONLY. All solicitation documents are posted with this announcement and made available for viewing on SAM.gov. Any amendments to the RFQ (if required) will be posted on SAM.gov. Interested parties are reminded that they are responsible for checking SAM.gov for new information concerning this requirement.
