The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic & Cyber Systems Division, Air & Ground Contracting Branch, Lackland AFB, TX intends to award a non-personal, Firm-Fixed Price contract for Communication Security Managerial Support services, in support of the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Defense pursuant to the Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA, Case SR-D-OAG), between the United States Department of Defense and the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Defense. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541513 – Computer Facilities Management Services and the small business size standard is $32.5M. This requirement will be awarded using competitive procedures using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation criteria and will be procured as a 100% small business set-aside. The period of performance will be a two (2) year base period with three (3) option years. All elements of the RFP shall be submitted by the offeror with a proposal no later than the date/time shown in block 9 of the RFP. The RFP will be available in electronic format only.
