NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION (NOPCA)/SOURCES SOUGHT. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division’s Contracting Office (AFLCMC/HNCK), Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA)-Lackland intends to award on a sole source basis a Fixed Price contract for the procuremnt of the the following items: 1. 2 each, Not-Stock-Listed, P/N: 10-20000-00R, NOUN: VICADS PERSONAL VIEWER WORKSTATION, RACK MOUNT 2. 2 each, Not-Stock-Listed, P/N: 10-20005-00R, NOUN: VICADS RADAR WALL WORKSTATION, RACK MOUNT 3. 2 each, Not-Stock-Listed, P/N: 10-20000-001, NOUN: VICADS PERSONAL VIEWER, TOWER, WINDOWS 10 4. 2 each, Not-Stock-Listed, P/N: 10-20005-001, NOUN: VICADS RADAR WALL WORKSTATION, TOWER, WINDOWS 10 5. 4 each, Not-Stock-Listed, P/N: 22-01001-000, NOUN: CLIENT WORKSTATION RACK RAIL KIT 6. 4 each, Not-Stock-Listed, P/N: 10-50000-000, NOUN: VICADS VIDEO SYSTEM JOYSTICK CONTROLLER Detailed technical data and drawings for the above items are not available from the Government. The current source for the procurement of these items is Prometheus Security Group Global, CAGE: 7TDW3. Required Delivery: 120 Days after receipt of order. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one (1) responsible source. The Government intends to make an award by May 2021. No technical data/drawings/Technical Orders are available. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify their interest and capability to the Contract Specialist within seven (7) days of this publication. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are a large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a) or woman owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned. An AFLCMC Ombudsman has been appointed to consider and facilitate the resolution of concerns from offerors, potential offerors, and others for this acquisition. Before consulting the Ombudsman concerned parties should first address their concerns, issues, disagreements, and/or recommendation to the Contracting Officer for resolution.
