However, notices will now be issued no later than 9 September 2020. Oral Presentations/Portfolio Reviews are tentatively scheduled for 16-18 September (0800 - 1700). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quote (RFQ) and all applicable documents for the Software DevSecOps Services Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) have been posted/uploaded to the beta.SAM.gov website. Please note the following dates: Questions Due Date: 12:00 PM CDT 21 July 2020 Quote Due Date: 12:00 PM CDT on 10 August 2020 DESCRIPTION OF WORK PROPOSED: AFLCMC/Platform One at JBSA-Lackland, TX, has been tasked to acquire Software DevSecOps Services. The Contractor shall perform all activities required to meet the requirements identified in the Statement of Objectives. The period of performance will consist of an ordering period from date of BOA issuance to 14 January 2025. The performance period for all orders placed against this BOA shall not exceed five (5) years from the completion of the ordering period. REQUEST FOR QUOTE: The Government anticipates issuing up to 25 BOAs to a mix of large and small businesses to add to the existing Software DevSecOps Services BOA. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 541511 (size standard $30M). Quotes shall be submitted in accordance with the RFQ requirements and submitted by the date indicated in this announcement.
