SOURCES SOUGHT \ NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION (NOPCA). The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division Contracting Branch, (AFLCMC/HNCK), Joint Base San Antonio Lackland intends to award, on a sole source basis, a Fixed Price Purchase Order for the Purchase of 2 Indicator Control Units used to control the MD-1333A DAMA Modem. (NSN: 5895-01-448-5023CS and P/N 116023-1) to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), L3 Harris, 9890 Towne Centre Drive San Diego, CA 92121-1984, Cage Code 11627. The proposed contract action is for the Purchase of 2 Indicator Control Units for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source In Accordance With (IAW) 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1)as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), only one responsible source. The Government intends to make an award by end of Jun 2020. No technical data/drawings/technical orders are available.
