This is a repair services Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year ordering period. The CFCC asset or Government Furnished Product (GFP) or Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) are the same – NSN 1270-01-569-0151 (Part Number 57737A100000-02). The requirement is to test and, if necessary, perform essential repair to restore the F-16 Commercial Fire Control Computer (CFCC) to a serviceable condition, but not like new cosmetically. The contractor is the OEM and sole source provider of the CFCC. The OEM owns all data rights to repair the CFCC and is responsible for all technical expertise, labor, and material to meet the requirements as established within this PWS.
