SOLICITATION This effort is for services to repair the Common Color Multi-Functional Display, which requires major overhaul for a complete tear-down into all internal component parts and rework/replacement of parts to a serviceable condition but not like new cosmetically for the USAF F-16 block 40/50 aircraft. This is a Sole Source IDIQ Requirements type contract with a five year ordering period. In accordance with AFFARS 5305.204 and DAFMAN 16-201, the contracting officer verified no restrictions on foreign participation. These services will restore the CCMFD to a serviceable condition but not like new cosmetically. An upgrade of the Fluorescent backlight display /with a fan CCMFD to an LED backlight display /without a fan CCMFD will most likely be required due to Diminishing Manufacture Sources (DMS) issues. The sole source contractor for this effort is Honeywell Inc.
