Amendment A00003 - The purpose of this amendment is to complete the following: 1. Add the periods of performance for Ordering Periods. This is a three (3) year Requirements contract. The following table defines the periods of the contract that dictate when the identified CLINs or subCLINs may be ordered. Periods Timeframe CLINs Data/BER Award Date through 36 consecutive months 0001 – 0003 Ordering Period I: 2 December 2022 - 1 December 2023 0004 – 0019 Ordering Period II: 2 December 2023 - 1 December 2024 1004 – 1019 Ordering Period III: 2 December 2024 - 1 December 2025 2004 – 2019 2. Updated Delivery Instructions: FROM: The Government shall deliver the quantity ordered within 60 Calendar Days of the Order. 4ea repaired assets are due 180 Calendar days ARO Order. Repaired assets are then due at a rate of 4ea every 30 Calendar Days until the Order is fulfilled. TO: The Government shall deliver the quantity ordered within 60 Calendar Days of the Order. 4ea repaired assets are due 180 Calendar days ARO Order After Receipt of Carcass. Repaired assets are then due at a rate of 4ea every 30 Calendar Days until the Order is fulfilled. 3. CLIN 0002 updated to reflect DATA CLIN. 4. Note: The period of performance is 36 months starting at contract award. 4. All CLIN specific NSNs listed. 5. CLIN 0002 updated to reflect INFORMATIONAL DATA CLIN. 6. Specifically, FAR clause 52.215-7008 (Only One Offer), one offer received and also update clause 52.216-21 to reflect contractor does not have to delivery on any awards AFTER July 2027, has also been added to this solicitation. 2. The Government reiterates that they reserve the right to require certified cost and pricing data if only one offer is received.
