This requirement is sole source. The solicitation will consist of the following CLINs: 0001 - Repair Signal Drawer / Tear down Test & Evaluation 0002 - Beyond Economic Repair 0003 - Data Exhibit A 0004 - Data Exhibit B Description - This contract is to repair the ICBM Weapon Systems Control Console Auxiliary Alarm Panel under a repair and maintenance service contract. The contractor shall furnish all facilities, test equipment, parts, material, data, and services that are required to receive, unpack, disassemble, inspect, repair as necessary, reassemble, clean, package, and ship the items. The Contractor shall have the experience, tooling, test equipment, facilities, knowledge, and data available to repair to ‘like new’ condition the AAPs. Must be able to functionally test and fault isolate to identify the failed component or components needing replacement, refurbishment or repair, and then return the end-item to serviceable condition in like new condition.
