The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) - Only one Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Although this notice is not a request for competitive proposals, sources may express their interest and provide a capability statement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in response to this notice. All responses received within 10 days after the date of publication of this notice may be considered by the Government. A determination to not compete this effort will be exclusively within the discretion of the Government. Source approval may be required. USAF Hill AFB, UT will not delay award while source approval is pending.
