The requirement is for a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that the government intends to award sole source. Highly specialized sub-assemblies or piece parts, expertise, special tooling, special test equipment, and design engineering resources are required to perform these repairs/overhauls.
