This requirement is for the repair of the A-10 CICU The government has determined that this effort will be a sole source contract to Lockheed Martin Cage Code: 03640, IAW FAR 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Government does not own the data or rights to the data needed for the contract repair of these parts from additional sources. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
