This presolicitation serves as notice of the Government's intent to award a sole source TT&E and repair contract utilizing FAR 6.302-1 - 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Only One Reasonable Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. All non-qualified sources that submit a proposal in support of this requirementmust comply with qualification requirements found in Clause 52.209-1, and source qualification statement attached.
