DCMA Quality Assurance Representatives (QARs) will not approve or sign a DD1348-1, but will ensure a DD1348-1 is included with each returned serviceable asset. If a DD1348-1 is not included with each returned serviceable asset, DCMA will not sign the DD250. Multi-Step Repair Work consists of one of three efforts: Teardown, Test, and Evaluation (TT&E) only; TT&E and Minor Repair; or TT&E and Major Repair.
