This is a Sources Sought Synopsis for market research, not a solicitation, to identify potential sources for repairing F-16 wing pylon rib corrosion. The government is seeking small businesses, including 8(a), SDVOSB, HUBZone, and WOSB concerns, and requests responses detailing business status, teaming arrangements, and similar services performed in the past three years. Proposed repairs must be available for qualification and implementation within 12 months and must be performed while the wing is installed on the aircraft, in the field at the unit. The repair must resolve the corrosion issue and prevent future corrosion for the aircraft's remaining life. Interested parties must submit a signed DD Form 2345 to obtain the limited-distribution engineering drawing, with access provided after certification.
