This is a pre-solicitation for an IDIQ contract to procure production hardware and technical support for the F-16 RFC/SIU Program, with an anticipated 5-year base period and award scheduled by September 2025. The contract has an estimated value of $9.5 million. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, the anticipated source being Southwest Research Institute in San Antonio, Texas, with performance at the contractor's facility. The scope includes SIU Line Replaceable Units and support hardware, as well as various technical support services, and is designed to accommodate anticipated and unforeseen program requirements. While this is a notice of intent for a non-competitive action, the Government will consider all proposals received within forty-five days of the synopsis publication for the purpose of potentially conducting a competitive procurement.
