Amendment 2: Updated the PWS to reflect updated requirments Amendment 1: This aqusistion will evaluation criteria will be based on LPTA. The USG purpose for this combined synopsis/solicitation is to seek a qualified small buisness to upgrade one (1) VTC system, to include AV equipment, located at HIll AFB, Bldg 1224, Conference room. This requirment is a service based contract (installation of equipment and software) with some supply (equipment). See enclosed attachments for the Solication and attachments (PWS, Essential Equipment List, Photos). Please note, funding is still pending for this effort; therefore, FAR clause 52.232-18, Availiblity of Funds, does apply to this effort.
