Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a draft RFP for F-16 harnesses, seeking industry feedback on draft delivery schedules and parts before a final solicitation is released. To access proprietary Lockheed Martin documents, offerors must contact a specified POC and complete a Proprietary Information Agreement for each individual needing access. The government plans to allow 45 days for proposal submissions after the final RFP is issued. Feedback on the draft documents, including rationale for any needed schedule extensions or part substitutions, is highly encouraged. A separate Technical Data License with Lockheed Martin will be required from the successful awardee at the time of contract award.
