Re-host 4 GTE test cells with new data acquisition systems, replacement of obsolete hardware, added system capabilities, and updated computers. Correct existing issues in software and system that have been identified. The contractor shall provide new data acquisition systems including all associated hardware, software, and computers for HMI (Human Machine Interface), data storage and handling systems. Services required include installation of new equipment, removal of existing equipment, programming to add capability and correct software issues identified. The contractor shall document system changes and create operation and maintenance manuals as part of the Technical Data Package.
