The Government intends to solicit a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) proposal for: The 309 SWEG SODO office has a requirement to purchase new Sim Controllers, as well as other various robotic parts. This is a total small business set aside. Quotes will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation. Submittal Requirements: 1) Name of Company; Company Address; Point of Contact, with Name, Phone Number, Email Address, NAICS Code, DUNS Number, CAGE Code, and Socio-Economic Size Status (Large/Small Business/HubZone/8(a)/Woman Owned Small Business/etc.) Company must be registered in SAM. 2) Contractor acknowledges a clear understanding of all the parts specified in the Equipment List. 3) Quotes must be valid for a minimum of 30 days after the expiration of this solicitation. 4) Responses shall be limited to 2 pages. All questions and responses shall be submitted in writing via email directed to Anna Bournakis, Contracting Officer, at anna.bournakis@us.af.mil.
