Amendment #3 This amendment is to post the updated Statement of Work, and post the updated combine synopsis solicitaiton document to include the statement in the evaluation criteria "The contractor must provide equipment that can convert at least 4 BNC-terminated PCM signals to a RCC218-20 compliant UDP TMoIP output." Due to these changes the due date for offers has changed to 9/1/2023. Amendment #2 This amendment on 8/10/2023 was to upload the Question and Answers document. Amendment #1 This amendment on 8/8/2023 was to upload the Questions and Answers document, to update the statement of work and combination synopsis/soliciation document. Please see documents attached. I have also extend the solicitation to 8/24/23 and the question and answer period 8/15/23. Original Soliciation: This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2023-04. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This is a total small business set-side for NAICS 517810. The Government requests responses from qualified sources capable of meeting the requirement herein. The Government anticipates making a single contract award for this requirement but reserves the right to make no contract award. Point of Contact: The Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) is the sole point of contact for this acquisition. The offeror shall address any questions, concerns or requests for clarification to the PCO annotated herein. When appropriate, answers to questions and concerns will be made available to all offerors.
