This Sources Sought is to find interested vendors that may assist in the continued government acquired Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) professional certifications or similar type product held by United State Air Force (USAF) personnel. All interested vendors must submit a detailed Capabilities Statement to the Contracting Officer via email (anna.bournakis@us.af.mil) on or before the sources sought closing date of 2 July 2023. At a minimum all interested vendors shall provide the following information: 1. Annual Organizational Web Services. 2.CMMI Institute - Certified Instructor for Foundations of CMMI (aka Foundations of Capability) with Building Development Excellence, this includes legacy certification to teach Introduction to CMMI- Dev V1.3 or latest version. Type and version that is being proposed must be identified. 3. CMMI Institute - Certified High Maturity Lead Appraiser including CMMI Development. 4. CMMI Institute - Certified Lead Appraiser including CMMI Development. 5. CMMI Institute - Certified Appraiser role for additional benchmark views (services). 6. Foundations of CMMI V2.0 2-days. 7. Building Development Excellence V2.0 1-day. 8.Introduction to CMMI for Development 2.5 days V1.3. 9. V1.3 to V2.0 upgrade (or latest version). 10. Benchmark Appraisal V2.0, this includes legacy V1.3 SCAMPI A (0 SMXG OH / 4). 11. Evaluation Appraisal V2.0 (0 SMXG OH / 6) 12. CMMI V2.0 Model Viewer - 1-year Individual License for ALL model benchmark views and additional derivative content provided in the model viewer, e.g. mappings, quick ref quide. 13. Lead Appraiser Observation (82 hours + TDY) 14. Certified CMMI Associate. 15. Foundations of CMMI V2.0 2-days. 16. Building Development Excellence V2.0 1-day. 17. One-year Individual License for ALL model benchmark views and additional derivative content provided in the model viewer, e.g. mappings, quick ref guide. The CMMI is a process improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes. It is used to guide process improvement across a project, a group, or an entire organization.
