The information gathered here may be used to inform future Requests for Proposals for technology maturation and/or prototyping efforts. See attached documents and drawings. Please include answers to the questions below in your response. Questions: 1. Does your manufacturing process allow you to maintain the tolerances defined in our drawing package? 2. Do you have ISO CERTIFICATION: AS91OOD including ISO 9001:2015? 3. Do you have the ability to conform to: * MIL-I-45208 * MIL-PRF-28800 * SAE-AMS-STD-1595A * SAE-AMS-2770 * AWS-D17.2 * MIL-STD-171D * MIL-DTL-53072 * MIL-STD-108 * MIL-STD-810 * MIL-STD-130 * AWS-D17.1 * MIL-STD-45662A * MIL-DTL-14072 * MIL-DTL-5541 * MIL-A-8625 4. Do you have a quality control mechanism to verify your coherence to these standards and tolerances? 5. Are you able to provide test data that verifies you are in conformity to these standards and tolerances? THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes-it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the U.S. Air Force (USAF) is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued.
