Award is anticipated to be given to OTT HydroMet due to their proprietary knowledge of this requirement. This will be a services contract with the contractor to assume certain tasks to resolve the issues with the current WINDS system. The contractor shall provide all personnel, facilities, labor, tools, equipment, material, supplies, transportation, relocation, expertise, supervision, and all other services necessary.
