Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a presolicitation for the design, construction, and installation of a new corrosion control facility at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Arizona. The facility will be a pre-engineered metal building housing a media blast booth and maintenance area on an unimproved site. The period of performance is anticipated to begin on or before August 31, 2026, with completion required by December 20, 2027. The work involves corrosion control for Aerospace Ground Equipment and other ferrous items. All responsible sources may submit a proposal for consideration.
