This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA822725Q3034 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-07 and its supplements. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside announcement is filed under NAICS code 423830 and Product Service Code 4240. This requirement is to provide an enclosed trailer with a cascade air system installed. The trailer will be used to supply breathing air and refill Self Contained Breathing Apparatus’ (SCBA) in emergency situations. . The product provided will be supplied in accordance with the specifications in the attached Product Purchase Description. **Please refer to document FA822725Q3034 Combined Synopsis Solicitation - MMRT Air Trailer for the anticipated CLIN structure upon award** - All CLINs will be established on a firm fixed price basis. - All proposals need to include Attachment 1 Compliance Matrix filled out indicating if proposal meets specifications. - All proposals shall submit a rough floor plan illustrating the layout of the inside of the trailer or a drawing with a preliminary design of the trailer with the quote. - All proposals need to include a delivery timeframe. Selection of awardee will include comparative analysis in accordance with FAR 13.106-2, Evaluation of Quotations and Offers, giving value to: price; meeting specifications in product description; and performance. Any exceptions to the Product Purchase Description MMRT Air Trailer, must be identified in quote and noted in the Compliance Matrix. All proposals need to include Attachment 1 Compliance Matrix filled out indicating if proposal meets specifications. By submitting a quote, the contractor agrees to all stipulations in the purchase specification unless specified as an exception in the quote. **The due date for all proposals is Tuesday, 29 July 2025 at 2:00 P.M. Mountain Standard Time.** All questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted by Wednesday, 23 July 2025 at 4:00 P.M.
