This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA822724R2211 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 and its supplements. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside announcement filed under NAICS code 517410 and Product Service Code DD01. This requirement is to purchase commercial off the shelf web-based service and devices that enable 309 Missile Maintenance Group (309 MMXG) located at Hill Air Force Base to track in real-time with Global Positioning System (GPS) technology for a fleet of United States Air Force owned and operated transport vehicles while in route to Geographically Separated Units. The service provided will be supplied in accordance with the specifications in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Period of Performance: base year plus two (2) one year options. **Please refer to document "FA822724R2211 Combined Synopsis Solicitation - GPS Tracking" for the anticipated CLIN structure upon award.** • All CLINs will be established on a firm fixed price basis. • All vendors must demonstrate that their capabilities align with the technical requirements outlined in Section 2.1, and the special requirements outlined in Section 2.2 of the PWS. • All proposals must indicate if the vendor can achieve the two week installation suspense date as outlined in Section 3.0 of the PWS. If two weeks installation is not practicable, vendors must propose an alternate installation schedule. Selection of awardee will include comparative analysis in accordance with FAR 13.106-2, Evaluation of Quotations and Offers, giving value to: price; meeting specifications in Performance Work Statement; and service within the specified timeframe. Any exceptions to the instructions specified in the Performance Work Statement must be identified in the quote. By submitting a quote, the contractor agrees to all stipulations in the purchase specification unless specified as an exception in the quote. **The due date for all proposals is Tuesday, 30 July 2024 at 4:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.** All questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted by Wednesday, 24 July 2024 at 12:00 p.m. MST to allow for the Government to assess the inquiry and provide a response.
