This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA822723R1113 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02 and its supplements. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside announcement filed under NAICS code 333120 and Product Service Code 3805. This requirement is to purchase brand name accessories for a Government owned Bobcat T64 Compact Track Loader to meet test mission requirements for the 309 Missile Maintenance Group (MMXG)/Minot 583rd Missile Maintenance Squadron (MMXS). The Government intends to award a Brand Name, Firm Fixed Price to an authorized distributor of Bobcat products in accordance with FAR 13.501, see Brand Name Justification attached to this solicitation. The products provided will be supplied in accordance with the specifications in the attached Bobcat Loader Specifications. . All CLINs will be established on a firm fixed price basis. . All proposals must indicate if the vendor can achieve delivery within 60 days ARO. If this delivery is not practicable, vendors must propose an alternate delivery schedule. Selection of awardee will include comparative analysis in accordance with FAR 13.106-2, Evaluation of Quotations and Offers, giving value to: price; meeting specifications in product description; and performance within the specified timeframe. Any exceptions to the Bobcat Loader Specifications, must be identified in quote. By submitting a quote, the contractor agrees to all stipulations in the purchase specification unless specified as an exception in the quote. **The due date for all proposals is Tuesday, 12 September 2023 at 4:00 P.M.
