This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA822723R1069 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04 and its supplements. This is a 100% Small-Business Set-Aside announcement filed under NAICS code 336212 with small business size standard of 1,000 employees and Product Supply Code 2330. This acquisition calls for the contractor to supply a 16’ dump trailer, brand name or equal to the MAXX-D 16' Telescoping Gooseneck Dump Trailer. The Air Force will accept brand name Maxey Trailers MAXX-D 16’ Telescoping Gooseneck Dump Trailer Model: DTX8316G-17.5k 36" or an equal trailer from an alternate manufacturer. The trailer will be supplied in accordance with the specifications in the attached 16 Ft Dump Trailer Product Specifications. All CLINs will be established on a firm fixed price basis. All proposals must indicate if the vendor can achieve pickup or delivery by March 31, 2023. If this delivery is not practicable, vendors must propose an alternate delivery schedule. Selection of awardee will include comparative analysis in accordance with FAR 13.106-2, Evaluation of Quotations and Offers, giving value to: price; meeting specifications in product description; and, delivery within the specified timeframe. Any exceptions to the Product Specifications must be identified in quote. By submitting a quote, the contractor agrees to all stipulations in the purchase specification unless specified as an exception in the quote. **The due date for all proposals is Monday, 20 March 2023 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.** All questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted by Wednesday, 15 March 2023 at 10:00 a.m. to allow for the Government to assess the inquiry and provide a response.
