This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA822723R1058 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04 and its supplements. This is a 100% Small-Business Set-Aside announcement filed under NAICS code 336212 with small business size standard of 1,000 employees and Product Supply Code 2330. This acquisition calls for the contractor to supply a B402-Curtain Sided Trailer, NSN: 2330-01-657-3329, Model Number SY101-0001T. The Air Force will accept Transportable Shelter Trailer (NSN: 2330-01-657-3329, Model Number SY101-0001T) flatbed trailer 48'-0" overall length x 102" overall width x 13'-6" overall height, with curtain van top or an equal trailer from an alternate manufacturer. The trailer will be supplied in accordance with the specifications in the attached Transportable Shelter Trailer Product Specifications. All CLINs will be established on a firm fixed price basis. All proposals must indicate if the vendor can achieve delivery within 6 weeks after receipt of contract. If this delivery is not practicable, vendors must propose an alternate delivery schedule. Selection of awardee will include comparative analysis in accordance with FAR 13.106-2, Evaluation of Quotations and Offers, giving value to: price; meeting specifications in product description; and, delivery within the specified timeframe. Any exceptions to the Product Specifications must be identified in quote. By submitting a quote, the contractor agrees to all stipulations in the purchase specification unless specified as an exception in the quote. **The due date for all proposals is Thursday, 13 April 2023 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.** All questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted by Monday, 10 April 2023 at 10:00 a.m. to allow for the Government to assess the inquiry and provide a response.
