This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA822723Q0009 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02 and its supplements. The Government anticipates this acquisition to be a Sole Source award to Arkwin Industries, Inc. (CAGE 98391). See justification attached to this solicitation. This announcement is filed under NAICS code 336413 which is not a small business and Product Service Code J036. The 531 CMMXS requires purchase of 1 each B-2 Reservoir Test Box. This is a critical component used to test reservoirs on the B-2 aircraft, part number 211007 Hydraulic Reservoir Test Box located at Hill Air Force Base. Selection of awardee will include comparative analysis in accordance with FAR 13.106-2, Evaluation of Quotations and Offers, giving value to: price; and, service within the specified timeframe. Any exceptions to the instructions specified in the Product Description must be identified in the quote. By submitting a quote, the contractor agrees to all deadlines, timeframes, and parameters unless specified as an exception in the quote. **The due date for all proposals is Friday, 28 July 2023 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.** All questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted by Thursday, 20 July 2023 at 5:00 p.m. to allow for the Government to assess the inquiry and provide a response.
