This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA822722R9695 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94 and its supplements. This is a 100% Small-Business Set-Aside announcement filed under NAICS code 333316 with small business size standard of 1,000 employees and Product Supply Code 6710. This acquisition calls for the contractor to furnish a Phantom Speed Camera, Lens Mount, 1-year Extended Warranty, and additional 4-year service plan providing annual maintenance. The unit provided will be supplied in accordance with the specifications in the attached product description and purchase specifications. **Please see attachment "9695_Phantom v2640 Camera and Support_RFQ" for the anticipated CLIN structure upon award.** -All CLINs will be established on a firm fixed price basis. -All proposals must indicate if the vendor can achieve delivery within 8 weeks after receipt of contract. If this delivery is not practicable, vendors must propose an alternate delivery schedule. Selection of awardee will include comparative analysis in accordance with FAR 13.106-2, Evaluation of Quotations and Offers, giving value to: price; meeting specifications in product description; and, delivery within the specified timeframe. Any exceptions to Product Description dated 28 February 2022 must be identified in quote. By submitting a quote, the contractor agrees to all stipulations in the purchase specification unless specified as an exception in the quote. **The due date for all proposals is Wednesday, 23 March 2022 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.** All questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted by Wednesday, 16 March 2022 at 5:00 p.m. to allow for the Government to assess the inquiry and provide a response.
